Our policy lasts 7 days from date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can not offer a refund or exchange unfortunately. If it is within 7 days, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same mint condition in which you received it. That includes the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For returns in the US and International, please email email@example.com . We will then provide the shipping address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This will be done within 7 business days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will not refund any additional shipping charges.
